PCV Murcor was everywhere at the 14th Annual American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) Conference held on November 12 and 13, 2023, in Las Vegas. AAPL’s 14th Annual Conference was hosted once again at Caesar’s Palace and well attended by private lenders, brokers, crowd funders, and service providers, the largest such event in the private lending industry.
The conference opened Sunday night with a VIP event at Caesar’s OMNIA nightclub, bringing the private lending world together for a little fun. Monday served as the conference’s main day of panel discussions, networking, and booth exhibits. PCV’s Vice President of National Sales Marc Tataruck and Director of Marketing Charles Beatley kept busy at our booth, discussing everything appraisals with attendees.
In the afternoon, PCV’s SVP of Operations David Schiffmayer spoke on the “Underwriting Approaches for Today’s Market” panel with Christopher Donovan of Doss Law, John Faheem of Granite Risk Management, and Seth Markum of National Real Estate Insurance Group, moderated by Greg Plunkett of Xactus.
Congratulations to our Amazon Fire HD tablet raffle winner, Dani L’Heureux, a Senior Marketing Project Manager with Geraci LLP! We enjoyed catching up with Dani and our other friends in private lending as well as meeting new acquaintances.
