PCV Murcor is pleased to honor Ivette Sanchez with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and Nieko Mendoza as the Employee of the Quarter Award.
Margaret Murray Award
Ivette, a Team Lead on our Vendor Support team, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for going above and beyond as well as being an inspiration to her colleagues.
Ivette’s colleagues describe her as bright, good-natured, and extremely adept. She rises to the occasion, resolves issues and concerns quickly, and is always willing to help others. Her team feels comfortable approaching her with any matter and benefits from her training and communication, making Ivette an asset to the company.
The Margaret Murray Award honors the grandmother of our Founder, CEO and President, Keith Murray. She instilled the values of hard work and determination in him. Her life, and the way she led it, is the reason why this special award is named after her. Mrs. Murray taught her grandson that it is not just what you do, but also how you do it.
Employee of the Quarter Award
Nieko, Status II on our Vendor Relations team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 4th quarter of 2023. Her passion for her work and genuine care for customer service is apparent.
Nieko goes above and beyond to ensure every client order is received and processed promptly. When an order is delayed, she handles it expertly and communicates with the appropriate parties to move it along and bring it to fruition. She is responsible for managing one of our largest accounts, working hold orders, monitoring clarifications, and escalating concerns.
In addition to managing the status queue, she assists her team when help is needed, providing knowledge on client procedures and answers to questions concerning large accounts.
Nieko’s dependability and excellent customer service illustrate why she deserves to be our Employee of the Quarter.
