Sandra, a Training & Development Manager on our Vendor Relations team, is being honored as Employee of the Quarter for her exceptional dedication to setting new hires up for success.
Sandra has gone above and beyond to ensure the onboarding experience is as seamless, thorough, and effective as possible. She has taken ownership of key aspects of the orientation process traditionally handled by HR, as well as responsibilities that have typically fallen within IT, to create a more streamlined and cohesive experience for new employees.
She has also developed numerous comprehensive training modules that employees can reference long after their initial onboarding. These resources provide detailed guidance on PCV’s software, services, processes, and day-to-day responsibilities, giving employees the tools and confidence they need to succeed in their roles.
