Senior Executive Team
Keith founded PCV Murcor in 1981 and has grown the company to a nationwide firm that provides real estate valuations management services throughout the United States. He has provided expertise to several federal agencies including the RTC, Veterans Administration, and HUD. He has also worked extensively with the GSE’s, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae. In the private sector, Keith has worked with numerous financial institutions, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, the ASA designation of the American Society of Appraisers, and the FAS designation of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.
Cindy’s wealth of business operations knowledge comes from working for some of the most influential corporations in Southern California, including Yahoo! and Bank of America. She played a key role in Yahoo!’s largest system implementation, a new customer support model that served 300,000 customers. Cindy oversees PCV’s day-to-day operations, including sales and marketing, quality control, client engagement and growth, training, pricing, government affairs, and operational compliance.
Jon’s breadth of experience includes REIT, commercial banking, mortgage banking, specialty finance, and professional services. Before joining PCV, Jon served in
strategic positions for Aames Investment Corporation, Guardian Bancorp, and KPMG, LLP. In addition to being a CPA and CGMA, Jon holds active memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Russell has an extensive background in managing technology functions in the financial industry, including, desktop technology, telecommunications, Help Center
support, server infrastructure, and reducing operational costs. Alongside software giants, Intel and Novell, Russell authored white papers on the use of centralized
management to reduce TCO within the banking industry.
Dawn’s legal background encompasses senior management positions at global institutions, such as Princess Cruise Lines, Ltd., Charter One Bank, and Nordstrom, Inc. At PCV, she is responsible for oversight and leadership of all legal aspects of the business, including corporate affairs, strategic corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions involving litigation, privacy governance, and board activities.
