On August 21, 2023, the PCV Murcor team attended the CAMPAC Golf Tournament at the Monarch Beach Golf Links in Dana Point, California. PCV was a premium sponsor assigned to the first hole of the course, and our Founder, President & CEO Keith Murray hit the links as part of a foursome.
The annual golf tournament raises money for the California MBA’s political action committee. Through CAMPAC, the association increases its visibility on the California political scene by supporting more candidates who understand the significant role that the real estate finance industry plays in California’s overall economy.
The day started wet from the remnants of tropical storm Hilary that went through the Southern California area the night before. The weather didn’t damper the golfers’ spirit, and by noon, they were enjoying the beautiful weather and landscape that California is known for.
We enjoyed meeting CAMPAC supporters from the different sectors of mortgage banking. Congratulations to Ben Boden, winner of our Golf Galaxy gift card raffle! Ben is a VP, Relationship Manager of Warehouse Lending at First Horizon Bank.
