PCV Murcor is pleased to announce that Roberta Schaeffer has been named the 2022 Employee of the Year.
A Client Manager III on our Client Services team, Roberta’s success is because of her dependability, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond.
“Roberta is dependable and always willing to go above and beyond. She displays consistency and understands the importance of ensuring our clients’ needs are met,” said Christie Ramirez, Client Services Team Lead II. “Our clients consistently praise Roberta and her willingness to assist them. She takes ownership of their escalated orders, continuing to follow up and keeping the clients updated.”
She adapts well to change and welcomes all opportunities to become more knowledgeable. Sometimes this involves going beyond her responsibilities in assisting clients and moving an order forward. With her understanding of quality assignments and recognizing when an order needs escalation, she can take a challenging situation and find a resolution quickly to get the order on track and meet client expectations.
“Roberta has been cross-trained in both Assignment and Vendor Management. She strategically assigns second-tier orders to prevent any unnecessary delays. She also takes ownership of our fee quotes, specifically commercial, and sees them through to fruition,” Ramirez added.
Above all else, it’s easy to see the pride and dedication she has in her work. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her role that helps us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Thus, clients have the utmost confidence in Roberta and will seek her out for assistance.
“Her clients love her; they always compliment her service during the scorecard calls. She handles complex escalations while taking on additional responsibilities and adjusts her work schedules when we need her to,” said Candy Sirirotpiboon, Director of Client Relations.
Roberta’s work ethic and willingness to help others motivate her team to push through challenges, illustrating why she deserves to be named Employee of the Year for 2022.
“Roberta does not wait to be told to do something; she is able to look at our daily work volume and put a game plan together, instructing the team on areas we need to focus on,” Ramirez shared.
