PCV Murcor is pleased to honor Candy Sirirotpiboon with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and Roberta Schaeffer as the Employee of the Quarter Award.
Margaret Murray Award
Candy, our Director of Client Relations, is receiving the Margaret Murray Award for being an instrumental part in the development and transition of employees and leaders throughout the company, more specifically, offering support and sharing extensive knowledge of our Operations teams and our clients.
In addition, Candy has revamped and improved the assignment process. In the last quarter of 2022, she simplified the assignment processes and procedures and found improvements in our logic for assigning orders. Once she implemented these changes, PCV saw an immediate increase in efficiency.
Candy’s leadership was influential when cross-training employees on our Assignment and Client Services teams. In doing so, Client Services was able to assist Vendor Management in handling feedback tickets, and Assignment was able to help our Vendor Support team process licenses and validate E&O insurance policies.
Her all-encompassing knowledge of PCV has benefitted several departments across the company. She worked extensively with IT on a client’s CMS migration in November 2022. The following month she spearheaded an annual review with the same client. She has also worked with our Accounting and Legal teams on various projects throughout the last quarter of 2022.
Candy leads by example as both a leader and a team player, and her dedication to the company makes her very deserving of this honor.
The Margaret Murray Award honors the grandmother of our Founder, CEO and President, Keith Murray. She instilled the values of hard work and determination in him. Her life, and the way she led it, is the reason why this special award is named after her. Mrs. Murray taught her grandson that it is not just what you do, but also how you do it.
Employee of the Quarter Award
Roberta, a Client Manager III on our Client Services team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2022. She brings tremendous value to Client Services with her dependability, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond to be successful.
Above all else, it’s easy to see the pride and dedication she has in her work. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her role that helps us deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Thus, resulting in clients having the utmost confidence in Roberta and will seek her out for assistance.
She adapts well to change and welcomes all opportunities to become more knowledgeable. Sometimes this involves going beyond her responsibilities in assisting clients and moving an order forward. With her understanding of quality assignments and recognizing when an order needs escalation, she can take a challenging situation and find a resolution quickly to get the order on track and meet a client’s expectations.
Roberta’s work ethic and willingness to help others motivate her team to push through challenges, illustrating why is deserving to be named Employee of the Quarter.
