Christian, a Client Account Manager on our Client Services team, is an excellent partner and handles escalations in a timely and professional manner. He works wells with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues. Christian analyzes our turn times and identifies trends to help improve our turn times and service. He demonstrates a calm and positive demeanor and is always willing to help. Christan is an asset to PCV and is an integral part of providing our clients with excellent customer service.

Monica, a Quality Evaluation (QE) Analyst I on our Vendor Relations team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2022. Her role’s primary focus is evaluating PCV’s Client Service (CS) department. As a former Client Services Manager, Monica understands the importance that CS managers play and works with the CS management team to ensure that thoughtful, accurate feedback is delivered.

Monica also keeps track of feedback given to her by others and works to ensure that processes and procedures are updated so that QE and CS are in agreement with their teams’ assessments. In addition, she also assists with new hire onboarding by explaining the QE process to new CS managers and makes herself available to help new hires. In the second quarter alone, Monica completed 452 QEs for CS.

As one of the most dependable members of the QE team, Monica often completes her work on time, if not early, and frequently offers to help others on her team with their QEs as she is cross-trained to complete evaluations for both Status and QC Production Associates.
