PCV Murcor is pleased to announce that Andrew Garcia has been named Employee of the Quarter for Q4 of 2021.
Andrew is a Production Associate II on our Quality Control team. He is PCV’s most experienced Production Associate and is relied upon to conduct most of the training for all new hires on the team. In addition, Andrew is also responsible for providing feedback and further training to the Production Associate staff. Amazingly, he does all this while still maintaining the highest production and quality standards of his own.
Andrew is highly dependable with a great approach and attitude towards his workday. We appreciate his flexibility when shift modifications are needed and gaps to be filled; we are very fortunate to have Andrew as part of our QC team!
