PCV Murcor is pleased to honor Nathalie Waterhouse with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and Megan Cote with the Employee of the Quarter Award.

Margaret Murray Award

Nathalie, a QC Analyst IV on our Quality Control team, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for her dedication and willingness to lead efforts in improving QC performance.

Her ability to multitask is well known throughout the QC team. Nathalie’s contributions across the board made a big impact in our recent success in securing a first-place quality finish with one of our largest clients. In fact, when Nathalie’s manager reached out to her to explain how he was creating a secondary review strategy for a few struggling states with the client, Nathalie immediately asked if we could increase the number of states so that we could maximize QC efficiency and volunteered to serve as the point person for that new review process. In addition, Nathalie single-handedly reviewed all the new evaluation orders once they went live and then took it a step further by providing training to the rest of the QC team on that product.

Nathalie is someone who not only does her manager rely upon, but also the entire QC team. Her innovation and reliability exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit of this award.

Employee Award Honors - Nathalie Waterhouse

The Margaret Murray Award honors the grandmother of our Founder, CEO and President, Keith Murray. She instilled the values of hard work and determination in him. Her life, and the way she led it, is the reason why this special award is named after her. Mrs. Murray taught her grandson that it is not just what you do, but also how you do it.

Employee of the Quarter Award

Megan, a Business Compliance Analyst on our Vendor Relations team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 1st quarter of 2026. While her role isn’t as apparent to outside parties, it is essential to our organization’s success. Teams throughout the organization, across systems, processes, and compliance, operate more efficiently because of their collaboration with Megan, whose expertise, precision, and coordination drive results.

As the key bridge between Business Operations and IT, Megan ensures system enhancements are both functional and practical. As the primary UAT tester, she plays a critical role in keeping projects on track—without her, testing for Business Operations could be delayed by weeks. Her deep knowledge of internal systems and thorough approach allow enhancements to be tested, validated, and implemented on time. She leads UAT across operational areas, partners closely with IT on UAD/UAR items, and is instrumental in preparing PCV for upcoming URAR requirements.

In Q1, Megan independently tested 27 system enhancements while also managing her change management and SharePoint responsibilities. Without her, many enhancements would have been delayed or not completed. Megan’s work is foundational to PCV’s operations. Her impact on system reliability, project timelines, and organizational readiness makes her highly deserving of the Employee of the Quarter.
