From January 26 to March 8, PCV employees participated in our first Wellness Program six-week walking challenge of 2026. Employees were encouraged to stay active, healthy, and have a little fun along the way in our “Healthy Heart” 6-week walking challenge. The challenge shared tips along the way, such as maintaining a diet rich in soluble fiber to help lower levels of low-density lipoprotein, getting enough sleep to feel less cranky and more productive, and incorporating quick exercises to take a break from sitting or being still for long periods.
