Simpson and Bannon Receive 4th Quarter Employee Awards

PCV Murcor is pleased to honor Patrick Simpson with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and Justin Bannon with the Employee of the Quarter Award.

Margaret Murray Award

Patrick, our Manager of Valuations QC, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for identifying an opportunity to improve our QC review process for a specific client and then implementing it successfully.

Since joining PCV last year, Patrick has quickly embraced taking on new challenges and has not hesitated in finding ways for improvement in the QC process. This past quarter, he identified an opportunity to improve the QC review process for one of our larger clients and developed an enhancement that he successfully rolled out to his team. Since implementation, PCV’s QC suspense rate has dropped significantly—from approximately 18–22% to 11–13%. This improvement continues to pave the way for PCV to rank first for multiple consecutive weeks in our client’s AMC rankings and delivered the lowest (best) QC Tag results for them of any AMC since 2022.

Patrick’s initiative, ownership, and results-focused approach exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit of this award.

The Margaret Murray Award honors the grandmother of our Founder, CEO and President, Keith Murray. She instilled the values of hard work and determination in him. Her life, and the way she led it, is the reason why this special award is named after her. Mrs. Murray taught her grandson that it is not just what you do, but also how you do it.

Employee of the Quarter Award

Justin, a Systems Support Analyst on our IT team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 4th quarter of 2025. His positivity and eagerness to jump in and support the technical needs of our staff have been monumental.

Justin has brought his many years of support and helpdesk techniques to PCV and has become a valuable addition to the technology team. He has a passion for working on computer systems and applications. He will take systems apart to see how they work, swap items out, and make everything work better afterwards. If something is broken or staff have questions about their systems or programs, Justin is the one we rely upon.

He is the frontline support in keeping everyone connected and working. Justin can communicate and translate technical issues in a way that is easy to understand, regardless of the user’s knowledge of it.

Justin’s knowledge and friendly, helpful approach to working with all of our teams throughout the organization is why he is our Employee of the Quarter.
