PCV Murcor is pleased to honor Patrick Simpson with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award and Diep Dang with the Employee of the Quarter Award.
Margaret Murray Award
Patrick, our Manager of Valuations QC, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for bringing a positive, proactive approach to his leadership role within the organization in a short time.
Since joining PCV in December of 2024, Patrick has quickly embraced his leadership role, rolling out numerous team trainings, including FHA and complex assignments. His proactive approach is evident as he consistently volunteers for tasks and has already contributed several dashboard posts. Patrick’s experience at other appraisal management companies provides valuable insights into how others approach similar challenges, helping us refine and enhance our own practices.
Always eager to take on new challenges, Patrick doesn’t hesitate to dive into the queues and offer support where it’s needed most. He approaches everything with a positive attitude, always prioritizing the success of his team first. Patrick sees challenges not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth and improvement.
A perfect cultural fit, Patrick has quickly become an integral part of the PCV team in a short period. We are truly grateful to have him on board, and his contributions continue to make a significant difference.
The Margaret Murray Award honors the grandmother of our Founder, CEO and President, Keith Murray. She instilled the values of hard work and determination in him. Her life, and the way she led it, is the reason why this special award is named after her. Mrs. Murray taught her grandson that it is not just what you do, but also how you do it.
Employee of the Quarter Award
Diep, a developer on our IT team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 1st quarter of 2025. Her daily contributions to the success of several major projects have been monumental.
Diep’s contributions in building modifications for consent and other adjustments to help get evaluation forms to production have been exciting while working closely with the needs of the business, and seeing products to completion. She is one of many on these projects, but her exemplary efforts and expertise can be seen throughout the process. She has demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving, optimization, and collaboration with each project.
In addition, Diep has been working on, as well as maintaining, upgrading, and implementing fixes and changes to existing applications. She has performed tasks with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist fellow employees as needed, lending her creativity and knowledge to every project that the IT development group collectively works on.
Diep’s commitment to the overall success of PCV, while representing our core values daily, is why she is our Employee of the Quarter.
