EMPLOYEE AWARDS

Natalie, a Team Manager on our Client Services team, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for going above and beyond in her willingness to help others across the organization.

When Natalie started PCV, she was a Team Lead on the Status team during our transition to working remotely due to the COVID pandemic. While work volume at that time was at an all-time high, she took on the challenging task of onboarding new staff to the team remotely. She utilized her senior team members to mentor new employees and developed a training program for them to follow.

During this time, she came up with ideas to help better serve the department by developing strategies for work volume and, while developing her team, resulting in two of her senior team members moving upwards in the department. Her efforts did not go unnoticed, and she was promoted to Team Manager, overseeing the Assignment department and Status. She seized that opportunity to cross-train both teams to become more efficient in using the best of their abilities, helping each team member develop their skills further.

Natalie has advocated for stronger communication within the Operations teams. She helped organize internal roundtables to get valuable feedback and input on what they were experiencing and where improvements were needed. The input led to changes in our system, helping team members work more effectively while increasing production.

For all of the reasons outlined above, is why Natalie is so deserving of this honor.

Gina, a Senior Human Resources Generalist, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 3rd quarter of 2024. She is hard-working, dedicated to her role, and always willing to assist others.

Gina has a thorough and efficient understanding of HR. She can be relied upon to help employees with their needs, including time sheet assistance, answering benefit questions, and many other duties she handles behind the scenes that many employees don’t see.

Additionally, she is quick to respond. Gina will often drop whatever she is working on to address an urgent employee concern while treating it with a great deal of care.

Her dependability, compassion, and professional approach, are just a few of the reasons why Gina deserves to be our Employee of the Quarter.
