EMPLOYEE AWARDS

Sandra, a Corporate Trainer on our Vendor Relations team, is being honored with the Margaret Murray Entrepreneurial Spirit Award for going above and beyond in her willingness to help others across the organization.

As a trainer, Sandra is responsible for new hire training, cross-training, and developing and maintaining training classes for the Operations team, consistently producing quality materials.

Recently, Sandra assisted our Sales and Marketing teams by updating their sales presentation deck. The goal was to give the presentation more depth by highlighting PCV’s differentiators. Sandra worked closely with the teams to seamlessly integrate new elements into the existing sales deck. She completed the project quickly and efficiently while also adding speaker notes and animation, for a more dynamic sales presentation.

Sandra also assisted Human Resources with a Violence in the Workplace training deck. There were many challenges associated with this project. The first challenge was time. PCV had to have a 100% completion rate on the training by a soon-approaching deadline. Next, the deck had to be customized to include PCV-specific training. Finally, the training had to be uploaded to a third-party platform that was undergoing a system upgrade. Sandra worked closely with all parties to ensure that PCV’s profiles were updated and the class was ready to launch as quickly as possible. In the end, the class was successfully launched and PCV remained in compliance with Cal OSHA requirements.

Sandra plays an integral part beyond just her role in Operations, but PCV as a whole.

Lionel, a Client Manager III on our Client Services team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the 2nd quarter of 2024. His dependability, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond to complete his work bring tremendous value to his team.

Lionel takes pride in his job and cares about ensuring clients receive the excellent customer service that PCV is known for. He has taken ownership of escalations and follows through until reports are delivered, keeping the client updated on the status throughout. Lionel is quick to assist our clients and resolve any issues that arise. If he doesn’t have an immediate solution, he goes above and beyond to find one. He always seeks new ways to gain further knowledge on the appraisal process to serve our clients better.

Recently, Lionel sought out training when he started working with additional clients. He took the initiative to jump into our platinum queues to help out and learn their processes.

Lionel was also instrumental in our BPO recruitment. He was very successful in onboarding brokers to our vendor panel by communicating and explaining our program effectively, thus completing the most recruitment conversions on the team.

His dependability and excellent customer service illustrate why Lionel deserves to be our Employee of the Quarter.
