PCV Murcor, through its nonprofit PCV|VRM Seeds of Hope, was proud to sponsor The Let It Be Foundation’s 17th Annual 5K+ Walk-Run event on May 6, 2023, in Chino Hills, CA. The 5K+ Walk-Run encourages individuals, corporate offices, groups, and families to walk, jog, or run together for a community cause while inspiring their past and current Let It Be Families to participate.
The event serves as the organization’s largest fundraiser to benefit kids in treatment for critical illnesses. The Let It Be Foundation is unique in that they care for entire families, not just their sick children during the length of medical treatment. Without love and encouragement, a child’s disease can become the focus of a family’s existence.
Along with our sponsorship, a few of our PCV employees participated as a team in the 5K+ Walk-Run this year including, VP of Accounting and Controller Helen Marlatt, Senior Human Resources Generalist Gina Alvarez, and Director of Marketing Charles Beatley.
