EMPLOYEE AWARDS

Felipe, an Operations Manager on our Vendor Relations team, is receiving the Margaret Murray Award for going above and beyond the requirements of his position. Felipe does an outstanding job of supporting his Operations team by taking the time to ensure they are set up for the day and providing continuous training, such as inputting order entries and shipping override procedures.

He is also excellent at finding ways to help his team learn new processes and systems in an easier manner. Felipe embraces new ideas within the department and helps create an environment in which employees are given the tools and resources to achieve growth and think outside the box.

Earlier in the year, Felipe was instrumental in automating the borrower mailing process. A client wanted their reports emailed to the borrower rather than mailed. He collaborated with other managers to streamline the process so that reports and client notifications could be automated.

Pauline, who is part of our Operations Administration Support team, is our Employee of the Quarter for the third quarter of 2022.

If you’ve ever called PCV, then you’ve heard Pauline’s voice.  Her voice is the recording for PCV’s corporate office line and as the main receptionist/operator, she answers and directs the phone calls received from our general number.  She’s always friendly and positive. When she’s not assisting callers, she helps vendor support process new vendor applications and documents.

Pauline goes above and beyond whenever help is needed. She’s proficient at what she does while exuding positivity and kindness to her colleagues in Operations. Her diligent effort doesn’t go unnoticed and that’s why this award is well deserved.
