EMPLOYEE AWARDS

Christina, a Quality Analyst II on our Vendor Relations team, is receiving the Margaret Murray Award for going above and beyond the requirements of her position. Christina is responsible for evaluating all assigners. She works closely with Assignment team leads and managers to ensure that her feedback is accurate.

In the third quarter, she completed 404 quality evaluations (QE) while leading three QE form review sessions for eight new hires on the Assignment team. In addition to her regular work, Christina demonstrated a willingness to help others and adapt to a changing environment by completing additional QEs for other departments; this allowed other departments to complete their work on time. Christina completed a total of 86 additional QEs for Client Services and Vendor Support, bringing her total to 490 QEs completed in Q3.

Christina was an essential part of a major assignment project that began at the end of Q2 and finished in Q3. In an effort to gather assigners’ perspectives on the assignment process, Christina spoke with assigners, presented their feedback, and made her recommendations for management review. As a result, the assignment process was modified to address delays caused by additional vendor searches, fee approval wait times, and reassignments. Work hours were also adjusted to better meet business needs. To ensure that scorecards were accurately counting completed work, Christina met with selected assigners again in Q3 and conducted a time study to quantify the average time assigners took to perform essential tasks. In three months, the improvements made to the Assignment team resulted in a double-digit increase in productivity.

Christian, a Client Account Manager on our Client Services team, is an excellent partner and handles escalations in a timely and professional manner. He works wells with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues. Christian analyzes our turn times and identifies trends to help improve our turn times and service. He demonstrates a calm and positive demeanor and is always willing to help. Christan is an asset to PCV and is an integral part of providing our clients with excellent customer service.
