PCV Murcor attended the 16th Annual American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) Conference held on November 11, 2025, in Las Vegas. The annual Conference was hosted once again at Caesar’s Palace and was well attended by private lenders, brokers, crowdfunders, and service providers, the largest such event in the private lending industry.
Tuesday served as the conference’s main day of panel discussions, networking, and booth exhibits. PCV’s Vice President of National Sales, Marc Tataruck, and Director of Marketing Charles Beatley, kept busy at our booth, discussing everything appraisals with attendees.
In the afternoon, Tataruck spoke on the “Valuations & Inspections: Factual, Fluffed, or Faked” panel with Eric Abramovich of Roc Capital and Henry Chavez of Cathedral CPA’s & Advisors; the panel was moderated by Craig Stack of Truepic.
