On August 20-22, 2025, the PCV team attended NAMMBA Connect 2025 at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort and Spa in Orlando, FL. Members of our Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams attended the event. In addition to exhibiting, private meetings, and networking, we had an Operations session panel that discussed the changes ahead for appraisals with UAD 3.6, titled New UAD Changes Ahead: The Real Estate Valuation as We’ve Known It, Is Changing. Are You Keeping Up? Our Director of Client Relations Candy Sirirotpiboon moderated the discussion, while our SVP, Operations David Schiffmayer served on the panel alongside HomeVision’s Director of Collateral Policy Ashley Bierwolf and Restb.ai’s President, Valuations Tony Pistilli.
