PCV Murcor was everywhere at the 15th Annual American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) Conference held on November 10 and 11, 2024, in Las Vegas. The annual Conference was hosted once again at Caesar’s Palace and well attended by private lenders, brokers, crowdfunders, and service providers, the largest such event in the private lending industry.
The conference opened Sunday night with a VIP event at Caesar’s OMNIA nightclub, bringing the private lending world together for a little fun. Monday served as the conference’s main day of panel discussions, networking, and booth exhibits. PCV’s Vice President of National Sales Marc Tataruck and Director of Marketing Charles Beatley kept busy at our booth, discussing everything appraisals with attendees.
In the afternoon, PCV’s SVP of Operations David Schiffmayer spoke on the “Stop Cherry-Picking Your Underwriting Criteria” panel with Chris Fueling of Lendingwise and Seth Markum of National Real Estate Insurance Group, moderated by Chris Ragland of Ragland Capital.
Congratulations to our BOSE portable speaker raffle winner, John Litton, CEO of JGL Capital LLC! We enjoyed catching up with John and our other friends in private lending as well as meeting new acquaintances.
