On January 19th 2018, PCV Murcor’s Senior Vice President of Operations Cindy Nasser, was honored by being presented with Comerica Bank’s December 2017 Women In Business Award at the Staples Center, during the Los Angeles Lakers Vs. Indiana Pacers Basketball game. Cindy Nasser was nominated for this award by our own Founder and CEO, Keith Murray, who recognized how Cindy’s leadership skills had a positive influence on the development of PCV Murcor’s sales growth and business retention.

Cindy has been an avid Laker’s fan since the age of 5 years old, and attended her first game at the Staples Center in 1999, and has been a season ticket holder for 15 years. Her avid fandom for basketball began during the Showtime era of athletes like, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, James Worthy, and Michael Cooper.
After accepting the award Cindy had the honor and pleasure of speaking with NBA star and former Laker’s player, A.C. Green who thanked her and PCV Murcor for their contributions to the community. Mr. Green encouraged her and PCV to keep doing what we are doing to make our community in Los Angels a better place. “He was so gracious!” Cindy beamed with joy from meeting one of her favorite basketball players. “He hugged and took pictures with all of us.”
Ms. Nasser’s journey has come a long way since overcoming adversity after being orphaned at the age of 11. She was then raised in foster care in the city of Pasadena, CA at the age of 14 for two and half years. Earning her emancipation at the young age of 16 years old, she has continued to accomplish her goals and personal advancement ever since. Cindy Nasser was also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in 2006 and eventually adopted her son in 2010. Cindy Nasser continues to inspire the foster care community by sharing her experiences and mentoring young teenage girls in foster care on making the best decisions to advance their education and careers.
Cindy’s contributions to the team’s development at PCV Murcor and client success rates has also recently earned her a place as a Forbes Real Estate Counsel Member, sharing her wisdom and experience in a recent article highlighting notable trends in the Real Estate market to look out for in 2018. Cindy Nasser continues to lead by example and consistently demonstrates how opportunities are available to her team by taking initiative and grasping the challenge at hand.
