Our process offers the client a variety of collateral valuation options including AVM's, BPO's, Desk Reviews, and 2055 Drive-by appraisals to meet their due diligence requirements. Our staff of appraisers provides the expertise to manage the Due Diligence process from beginning to end and deliver knowledgeable consultation and valuation recommendations.

TIE-OUT SERVICE:
Our Tie-out service performs expert reconciliation of multiple valuation products into one concise summary report which includes valuation recommendations. Valuation analyses are conducted by fully licensed appraisers utilizing a variety of resources and data tools. Tie-out services are conducted by managers who have first hand industry knowledge of the market and the process. We are available for in-house as well as nationwide on-site service as needed.
All of our services may be customized to meet client requirements, and are offered in conjunction with other PCV/Murcor services or as an individual service.
