PCV/MURCOR
requires that all BPO's be reviewed by our certified in-house
appraisers. With issues pertaining to complex properties,
our certified appraisers can work to reconcile two BPO's
as well as appraisal to BPO. In addition certified appraisers
can work with brokers to ask the necessary questions that
can accurately reflect the proper value. This provides our
clients with exceptionally reliable value estimates.
IN-HOUSE
COORDINATORS
Our
in-house coordinators are trained with a thorough, extensive
in-house training program. The training covers the theoretical
aspects of valuation as well as fieldwork.

MAE AND FREDDIE MAC APPROVED
Recently
Fannie Mae awarded PCV/MURCOR with the honor of being
their #1 appraisal company in the Southwestern United States,
their most concentrated business area. In addition, PCV/MURCOR
is a Freddie Mac approved vendor.

Our standard turnaround time for our BPO is 4 days with
a 1-3 day rush service available.

With
our new state of the art interactive web site clients can
now place orders, check the status of existing orders, review
price opinions, or print the actual price opinions. In addition
our national network of brokers have the capability of sending
their information via E-mail, streamlining the process.
