All commercial assignments are reviewed internally for quality control purposes. As Co-appraisers our senior staff complete not only desk review but field review analysis on all appraisals. All appraisals exceed the minimum requirement as established at USPAP, FDIC, FIRREA, OTS, and customized appraisal requirements of pension funds, insurance companies, rating agencies, and investment bankers. Specific attention is directed to the adequacy and relevance of the data, and the appropriateness of the appraisal methods and techniques. PCV/MURCOR in addition forms an opinion as to whether the analysis opinions and conclusions are appropriate and reasonable.
