control purposes. As Co-appraisers our senior staff complete
not only desk review but field review analysis on all appraisals.
Our senior staff collectively represents a professional
tenure in excess of 50 years in the field of real estate
appraisal.
PROFESSIONALISM
All
appraisals exceed the minimum requirement as established
at USPAP, FDIC, FIRREA, OTS, and customized
appraisal requirements of pension funds, insurance companies,
rating agencies, and investment bankers. Specific attention
is directed to the adequacy and relevance of the data, and
the appropriateness of the appraisal methods and techniques.
PCV/MURCOR in addition forms an opinion as to whether
the analysis opinions and conclusions are appropriate and
reasonable.
TIMELINESS

Commercial valuation turnaround times are quoted on an individual
basis as these vary with the complexity of each assignment.

and diligent review, assure a timely completion. Great diligence
