Value Reconciliation
Our Value Reconciliation products reconcile differences between two valuations on the same property. These reports are prepared by a licensed appraiser and helps to determine the overall accuracy of the reports, the consistency in describing the improvements and providing supported reconciled ‘as-is’ and ‘as-repaired’ values.
Reviewers analyze a number of components including the market conditions, property conditions and repairs, sales and listing data.
