PCV has an extensive network of appraisers nationwide whose work is reviewed by our seasoned staff of licensed and certified appraisers. Having staff appraisers provide a second level review of every appraisal ensures that the appraisal report you receive provides a great level of detail, is accurate and of the highest quality.
Our state-of-the-art web-based system allows customers to send orders to us 24/7/365 and our processing system allows us to assign orders to our vendors around the clock.
All PCV vendors are held to high standards through our performance-based system which measures quality and turn-time. Appraisers are assigned jobs based on their proximity to the property, past performance, ability to meet required turn-time on the specific assignment and quality. And all appraisals exceed the minimum requirement as established at USPAP, FDIC, FIRREA, OTS, and HVCC.
