Our process offers the client a variety of collateral valuation options including BPO’s, Desk Reviews, and 2055 Drive-by appraisals to meet their due diligence requirements. |

Tie-out Service |
Our Tie-out Service performs expert reconciliation of multiple valuation products into one concise summary report which includes valuation recommendations. Valuation analyses are conducted by fully licensed appraisers utilizing a variety of resources and data tools. Tie-out services are conducted by managers who have first hand industry knowledge of the market and the process. We are available for in-house as well as nationwide on-site service as needed. |
