All PCV vendors are held to high standards through our performance-based system which measures quality and turn-time. Appraisers are assigned jobs based on their proximity to the property, past performance, ability to meet required turn-time on the specific assignment and quality. And all appraisals exceed the minimum requirement as established at USPAP, FDIC, FIRREA, OTS, and HVCC. |
